Why Sound Meditation? Sound, vibration and harmonics have been a part of meditation, healing, ritual, and celebration for thousands of years. The benefits of sound are becoming increasingly recognized by scientific communities. Studies show brain wave activity slows during sound meditation to allow participants to enter into deep meditative states.

Who should attend? Anyone looking to relax, promote healing and wellbeing, release tension, quiet their "monkey mind," and connect with their deeper, more intuitive self.

What to expect: We'll start with simple breathing. Lisa Olcese will lead some intention-setting exercises, after which participants will lie comfortably and listen. Roy will play the crystal singing bowls, use voice and play other harmonic instruments to create an immersive, meditative sound experience.

What are the benefits?
